Sebastian Zenere is an Adelaide-based photographic artist. Specialising in fine art photography and analog processes. In his practice, Sebastian aims to dignify the mundane by offering permanence to ephemeral moments, with an emphasis on light and semiotic relationships. Informed by a love of art theory and philosophy of aesthetics, his body of work reflects an ongoing discussion with contemporary visual culture.
Sebastian has produced work for exhibition, and enjoys writing and conducting workshops discussing our complex relationship with images. His formal qualifications were attained through a Certificate IV and Diploma in photography and Digital Imaging, and is now researching and working within the contemporary arts.
